View your records
We summarize your data and display the results in a clear, concise manner. A list of issues doesn't tell the whole story, however, and you may want to refer to the original records. There's a widget called What customers are saying that lists the records where an issue is mentioned.
Currently, you can only browse records for a specific issue.
- Click the
icon in the sidebar. - Click an issue.
- Click What customers are saying.
You can also click View record under a snippet to read the entire record and find out what was detected as positive, negative, etc. You can click on an opinion type to toggle it on or off.
