What languages are supported?

Our solution understands English and French. The interface and documentation are only available in English currently, but we can provide technical support in French, English and Spanish.

Why aren't dates detected properly?

If you're importing data from a CSV file or through our REST API and dates aren't detected properly, they may be written in an unsupported format. For a list of date formats that work with our platform, see Supported date formats. Datetime formats are also covered.
